Robert B. Lampton has been active in the real estate profession for 20 years including real estate appraisals, sales and investment properties. Robert owned and operated Palmetto Appraisal Service in Camden South Carolina. He relocated to Asheville, North Carolina in 2001 and formed Apple Wynd Appraisal.

Robert specializes in residential appraisals, new construction appraisals, residential investment appraisals and vacant land appraisals. Robert Lampton is the sole appraiser at Apple Wynd Appraisal and does not utilize trainees or assistants; therefore, clients can rest assured that their appraisal work is being performed by an experienced professional.
